Refund Policy - Summer Camps

CBA Summer Camps Refund Policy

Please review the Calgary Basketball Academy Summer Camps refund policy before completing registration.

Refund Deadlines

Cancellations made on or before July 24
Families are eligible for a 100% refund.

Cancellations made from July 25 to July 30
Families are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made on or after July 31
Families are not eligible for a refund.

Medical Refund Requests

Refund requests due to injury or medical reasons may be considered with a doctor’s note. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Camp Cancellation by CBA

If Calgary Basketball Academy cancels a camp for any reason, families will receive a 100% refund.
